Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born November 24 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, as a host of American television at MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, former host and co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagarenjeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would quit the show in the month of May 2021 in order to start Breaking Points, a new independent venture with Krystal and Saagar. Ball co-hosts the show Krystal Kyle & Friends with Kyle Kulinski. She has appeared on guest appearances on shows like Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News), and CNN (CNBC). Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball attributes her further political interest due to her experience as an expectant mother in the 2008 presidential primaries, and watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She saw the effects that it had on the citizens of her home country and was inspired to understand the international influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia’s 1st congressional District in 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She was the host of The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 until July 2015. In May of 2017, she created the People's House Project, a political action group working on behalf of Democratic causes.
